are seeking to locate within relatively dense, relatively affluent trade areas
with a significant daytime employment base. We will consider suburban regional locations,
suburban/urban neighborhoods, and urban core areas with strong residential and entertainment elements.
We
prefer to co-locate with other national or local upscale casual dining chains,
national bookstores, and national specialty retailers.
Most of our current development consists of mall redevelopment
projects, anchored lifestyle retail centers, power retail/entertainment centers, and specialty
entertainment projects.

the following demographic benchmarks (in conjunction with proprietary
psychographic segmentation targets):
