Style
matters to the Baby Boomers and Gen-X customers that we cater to. When they dine out, they expect a level
of design and
sophistication that matches their other life experiences. At Houlihan’s we use emotive
finishes and innovative
materials, while finding unconventional uses for common materials. Combine that approach with an island-style bar with an adjacent patio/courtyard for
socializing, fully integrated music, lighting and sound, mixed seating types, and an open display kitchen, and we’ve
created an adult atmosphere with the touch of style our guests expect.
The
free-standing Houlihan’s prototype is approximately 6,300 square feet, plus outdoor patio seating areas of
approximately 1,600
square feet, and a service/storage yard of approximately 700 square feet.
The
dining room contains 37 tables with 154 seats, and the bar has an additional 11 tables and 72 total seats. The seasonal patio is designed with 19 tables and 72 seats.
To
adapt the prototype design to an end cap tenant finish space typically requires approximately 7,000 square feet (plus
patio and service yard.)
