Houlihan’s
is a privately owned restaurant company based in Leawood, Kansas. We’ve
always been a leader in the casual
dining arena, and we’ve stayed true to our roots by providing an
eclectic menu, a contemporary bar, and a socially charged dining experience. Our ownership prides
itself on being committed to originality, quality, and forward style that appeal to a broad range of guests. We are
committed to the success of our brands and are actively developing corporate restaurants in addition to
franchise development.

Gilbert’s Wood-Fired Steaks and Seafood: upscale, casual steakhouses featuring a menu that is printed daily; specializing in prime aged,

Braxton, Chequers, and Devon Seafood Restaurants: upscale, casual restaurants targeting special occasion and business entertainment
diners by offering an extensive selection of fresh seafood and steaks, a high level of service,
and well-appointed facilities.
