Houlihan’s is a privately owned restaurant company based in Leawood, Kansas. We’ve always been a leader in the casual dining arena, and we’ve stayed true to our roots by providing an eclectic menu, a contemporary bar, and a socially charged dining experience. Our ownership prides itself on being committed to originality, quality, and forward style that appeal to a broad range of guests. We are committed to the success of our brands and are actively developing corporate restaurants in addition to franchise development.
Sister Concepts
In addition to the Houlihan’s concept, we own and operate twelve high volume, full-service restaurants. These include:
J. Gilbert’s Wood-Fired Steaks and Seafood: upscale, casual steakhouses featuring a menu that is printed daily; specializing in prime aged, center-cut beef, and fresh seafood.
Bristol, Braxton, Chequers, and Devon Seafood Restaurants: upscale, casual restaurants targeting special occasion and business entertainment diners by offering an extensive selection of fresh seafood and steaks, a high level of service, and well-appointed facilities.
