• Pad site or high visibility end-cap

• Building footprint is 6,500 to 7,500 square feet. Seating = 226 interior and patio up to 72

• Parking for 120+ cars

• Total site varies with parking availability/cross easement

• Strong signage (building plus monument, pylon or blade)
